Art 4 Autism is a business which aims to raise awareness about autism spectrum disorders, while providing a vehicle to showcase autistic talents. Art 4 Autism was founded by Lisa Simone after she was diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder in October 2007. After 39 years of trying to 'fix' things about herself which were perceived as character flaws, her diagnosis came as an overwhelming relief. She then began developing a series of cartoons, drawing inspiration from the health, sensory, learning and social difficulties she experiences in day-to-day life. read more... About Us
